ゼネラルモーターズ・ジャパンが、限定車「シボレー・コルベット・グランスポーツ・コレクターエディション」を発表。全国のシボレー正規ディーラーネットワークで販売を開始した。
内外装にブルー×ブラックのアクセントが
世界限定1000台となる「コレクターエディション」だが、このうち国内への割り当てはわずか5台のみ。メーカー希望小売価格（税込）は、8速ATのみの設定で1277万円だ。
ベースモデルは、新グレードの高性能スポーツモデル「シボレー・コルベット・グランスポーツ」。今回の「コレクターエディション」では、ベースモデルのパフォーマンスはそのままに、レース活動で培ったテクノロジーで磨き上げられた足回りや、アグレッシブなエクステリア／インテリアでプレミアム感を高めている。
ボディカラーは「ワトキンスグレングレーメタリック」。フロントフェンダーには鮮やかなテンションブルーのハッシュマークが取り付けられ、エンジンフードからリアハッチにかけてはサテンブラックのストライプが走る。ホイールはブラックのカップスタイルに変更された。
そしてインテリアにも特別カラーとなるテンションブルーのアクセントが。内装をラッピングするレザー＆スウェードの一部が同カラーとなり特別感を演出するほか、シリアルナンバーを記したバッジがセンターコンソールに装着される。
