インフィニティ・モーターカンパニーは3月20日、「インフィニティ・エンジニアリング・アカデミー2017」の募集開始を発表した。
インフィニティ・エンジニアリング・アカデミーは、将来エンジニアを希望する工学部卒業生を対象に、ルノー・フォーミュラ・ワン・チームなどで働く機会を独占的に提供し、才能ある人材をグローバルレベルで発掘するというプログラムだ。

2013年のスタートから4年目を迎える今年は、米国、カナダ、メキシコ、アジア・オセアニア、中国、中東、ヨーロッパの7つの国や地域から、参加者を1名ずつ選出。選ばれた7名は英国に住み、自動車とモータースポーツの最先端で世界をリードするプロのエンジニアたちと、12カ月にわたって一緒に働く機会が与えられる。もちろん給料は支払われるほか、渡航費や宿泊施設、通勤用のクルマが付与される。
